Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEOHi, Im Eric Horwitz, an entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience building successful businesses in two dynamic fields: dental practice growth and healthy eating education for children. I live in Dubai most of the year (and Warsaw during the summer).As the founder of Clinic Assistant , my second business, I specialize in helping dental practices increase revenue.In addition, I lead LIFT Enrichment , a business that teaches over 17,000 students each week how to make healthier eating choices. We partner with schools to provide an after-school program thats healthy, fun, and educational! I am looking for a full-time, in-person Executive Assistant in Dubai to keep me on track with my two businesses and day-to-day life :) Youll be my right-hand person, helping manage my daily schedule and keeping everything running smoothly.To apply:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business: General assistant tasks: organizing logistics, booking meetings, etc
  • Household management tasks
Example of Tasks:
  • The fridge isn?t working?get someone to get it fixed.
  • I need a visa for my maid to come to Poland?handle it.
  • The sound system isn?t working?contact the vendor and get it resolved.
  • Book a business meeting, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Friendly/upbeat
  • Dubai local with a local phone number
  • Fluent in English
  • Mon - Friday, 5 days a week, some Saturdays (if there?s an event or something)
  • Good leadership skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Own laptop
