Executive AssistantJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesDuties and Responsibilities :•Manage the Chairmans calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.•Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.•Support in both official business activities and personal errands or tasks.•Coordinate and follow up with team members in Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties to ensure the timely execution of assignments.•Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.•Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.•Ensure timely follow-up on delegated tasks and projects.•Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Chairman.•Assist with personal arrangements, including appointments, bookings, and logistics.Skills required :•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.•Strong verbal and written communication skills.•Proactive and resourceful with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.•High level of discretion and professionalism.•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.•Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.•Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is a must.Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.•5 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the automotive, real estate, or car rental sectors.
