Job Description

The Executive Accounts Finance will be responsible for performing account data entry and overseeing the company?s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. No experience in UAE requiredAccount Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Overseeing Company Finances:
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to optimize financial resources.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management processes.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
