Supervisor* The Branch Supervisor is an experienced, mature employee who has a good knowledge of the branch operations and services. > The Branch Supervisor will have the same responsibilities as a cashier in the day-to-day operations but will be able to supervise the staff and operations of the branch in the absence of a Branch Manager. > Supervise the staff and branch operations in the absence of a Branch Manager and perform the Branch Manager duties as required > Ensure the highest standard of Customer Service is given at all times > Responsible for the money and/or any other valuables entrusted to them by the company and will be liable for any shortages that may occur. > Adhere to Front Office procedures and controls at all times > The security of their User ID and password for BFC systems and will be liable for any discrepancies that may occur under their user ID > Ensure that the company Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures are strictly adhered to > Balancing the cash at the end of the day and preparing the necessary reports > Correctly entering the transaction data into the system In the case of Foreign Exchange service the cashier will be responsible for the management of stock levels ensuring replenishment and repatriation are carried out as and when required.Requirements* Minimum 5+ years experience in a foreign exchange company.* University education preferred.* Must be able to speak fluent English.* Highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative* Good supervisory skills* Strong team player* Strong customer service skills* Good communication skills* High attention to detail* Strict work ethicsEducation and Experience:Bachelor?s Degree Minimum5+years Note: Looking for candidates who are currently in UAE and canstart immediately.Experience:5Job Location:Dubai
