Conduct quarterly event planning along with Sales Development Managers
Vendor identification Process ? Across ECEMEA, identify right vendors to work with and negotiate on standard rate contracts with them.
Get trained on usage of Procurement tool and raise purchase orders on vendors.
Have a continuous engagement with vendors during the service delivery, that?s from procure to pay.
Handling event registrations.
Prepare invite template / GMSS team coordination. This would require working knowledge of HTML.
Have a follow-up mechanism with sales teams to manage registration confirmations.
Develop a consolidation report post conclusion of an event.
Control overall Dem Gen budget in order to monitor spends.
Education & ExperienceExperienced event handler with over 7 years of related experience.A bachelor degree with a proven record of effective and efficient implementation & execution of multi-country wide programs / events.Experience in handling management information & metrics (design, collection & reporting) within a large project/program environment.Extensive user in Spreadsheet / Presentation creation and interpretation.
