Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Marketing Director to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Events Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of our companys events marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event marketing and a proven track record of success in managing large-scale events.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive events marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  2. Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  4. Create and manage event timelines, schedules, and project plans to ensure deadlines are met.
  5. Identify and secure event sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the success of events.
  6. Analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in events marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event collateral, including invitations, promotional materials, and signage.
  10. Coordinate event registration and ticketing processes to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in events marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and managing large-scale events, including trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  4. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique event experiences.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze event data and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Proficient in event management software and tools.
  9. Ability to travel as needed to oversee event execution.
  10. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Dubai, UAE.
