  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints then create a suitable quotation to send to clients for approval and negotiation.
  • Brainstorm on design concepts, mood boards, pitch deck and floor plans for various event spaces together with Sr Designer.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of interior design materials and furniture.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Handle event-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
