Job Description

ESM is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our ESMlive team (Sports Events Management) as an?Events Assistant Manager.?Term:?Full time, 2-year contract,?which is renewable.Package: In the region of AED 11,500 including all allowancesJob Purpose:Support the Events division with projects ranging from helping to plan, organise and execute events from behind the scenes to assisting with pre on-site and post-event delivery.Key Objectives:

  • Support the delivery of all the Dubai Schools Games events
  • Lead on administrative aspects of the Dubai Schools Games
  • Key stakeholder for upcoming Tournaments & Leagues and uplift services and event offering
  • Uplift the event services and offerings, contribute new event ideas
  • Assist with updating and monitoring the Dubai Schools Games website with the assistance of the ESMcreate and ESMsolutions
  • Support the events division with other events and projects as and when Events Manager directs
Desired Qualifications:???????Degree or any qualification related to the fieldDesired Experience:
  • Proven event experience exemplified through the achievement of successful projects and events
  • Preferably has sports event experience
