Job Description

My client is a leading global event and experiential agency and is seeking for an Event Project Manager to join their team.To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A-Z project management experience. Point of contact with the client from pitching to onsite delivery
  • Strong contacts with suppliers in the region
  • Excellent communication skills. Adept at dealing with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues across multiple departments throughout the entire project cycle
  • Budget management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the events industry, and have worked on the agency side
  • Experienced in working with clients in the luxury automotive/ fashion/ beauty sectors is an added bonus
