Greetings from Country Wide Events.Country Wide Events LLC is commonly known as CWE and we specialise in Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Promotions and activations.?We thought of personalizing this Job description so that you understand exactly what is expected out of you and also the culture of the company.?Now, we are a small team however have plans to expand the business by 2020 and hence the person who joins CWE will hold a very key position. Looking for an Event Executive / Sales Executive who has an experience in sales and the key role will be to increase client portfolio and also manage the client?s expectations.?Basic requirement:

  • Should have Event sales experience of 1 to 3 years in UAE (optional)
  • Should be graduate and above
  • Have worked in Event sales / client management
  • Is willing to achieve a specific sales target which will be mutually agreed upon.
  • Flexible working hours. Principle is : work only if and when there is work.
  • Most importantly, should have a happy face and is willing to be with the company for a long period of time.
  • Available immediately
?We would like to offer the following:
  • Salary: depending on the experience.
  • Individual Incentive: We have a slab system therefore more sales would mean more incentives.
  • Group Incentives: We as a team have a certain target to achieve and if we do by end of the year, every individual is incentivised over and above the personal incentive plan.??
  • Probably, we are the only company in UAE who will mention your incentive plan and your next year?s salary in the offer letter therefore we obligate ourselves in terms of financials and obligate you to be with us for a longer duration.
The interview will be more of a discussion as we would like to understand your expectation and figure out a way that works for both of us. It will be a group discussion where you will be giving a particular design which was previously pitched in to clients by us, you will be given a few minutes to analyse it and then will be required to speak about it (what the design was made for, what did you like the most, what was lacking in terms of creativity, etc.) There will be a few follow-up after the presentation.
