Job Description

Hamilton Aquatics and ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated candidate for the position of?Events Assistant?for their continually growing Swimming Academy in the Middle East. This position will be based in Dubai.?Job Summary:?To assist with the set up and running of all Hamilton Aquatics and ESM events.Term:?Full time, 2-year contract,?which is renewable.Package: In the region of AED 5,000- 5,500 including all allowances.Key Objectives:

  • Deal with all enquiries and communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of Hamilton and ESM events.
  • Ensure the correct set up, operation and set down for the Meet Management software for every competition.
  • Ensure the correct set up, operation and set down for the AOE system for every competition.
