•To design and prepare drawings of all types of drawings in AutoCAD/ 3D Max/ Photoshop and or any other software as may be available from time to time.•Create and produce designs that optimize creativity and cost-effectiveness.•Attend meetings if required, to perceive the requirements of clients and give necessary advice to the clients for optimization.•Negotiate with the client for final edits and prepare designs/ drawings for final acceptance/ confirmation by the client.•Ensure timely submission of the drawings.To keep abreast of new software to improvise productivity and quality.•To maintain a logbook on the projects working on and provide necessary activity reports to the management regularly.•Take site measurements.
