Have good experience in Interior Fitout and Industry in UAE.PRE-TENDER PROCESS1. Checking received BOQ, Specifications and Details of drawings of all items.2. If any details are required sending the RFI to the client and follow up.3. Identify sub contractors needed for various items related to the project.4. Technical evaluation with design team, production team and suppliers.5. Coordinate with suppliers- sending them enquiries for the outsource items and following up for the quotations.6. Excellent knowledge of Autocad to enable taking off quantity- Preparation of the cost sheets according to the received detail, specifications and BOQ.7. Evaluation of sub-contractors quotations.8. Preparation of the BOQ.POST-TENDER PROCESS1. Evaluation and final checking of the LPO and Purchase Agreement of the client.2. Evaluation of quotations of sub contractors and negotiating for best possible prices.
