  • Provide Control all stages of the project within predetermined budget and expenditure
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Identify costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with client consultant team and identify contractor?s variation claims in the project (additions and savings) as per the drawings, specifications, and ongoing de-snagging works
  • Competent in dealing with full contract administration and Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Excellent IT systems knowledge and skills including AutoCAD and other software?s used
