Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all factors are considered for budgeting and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of construction methods and materials.Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment required for projects.Project Analysis: Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to provide accurate estimates.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and evaluate bids.Budget Development: Assist in developing project budgets and schedules based on estimates.Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges that may affect project costs and timelines.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on estimates and project costs to management and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and methods to improve estimating processes.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as an estimator in [interior fit out industry)Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Proficient in estimating software and tools.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
