Job Description

For an ongoing construction project of 2 villas getting converted into food joints, we are on an urgent lookout for a young, dynamic and a passionate ESTIMATOR.The candidate will be required to prepare cost estimates and timeline plans by analysing proposals and requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints.
  • specifications, and related documents. (All documents available).
  • Identifying labor requirements,?
  • Material requirements and?
  • Time requirements.
-Computation of costs by analysing labor, material, and time requirements.-Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.-Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.-Maintain cost data base by entering and backing up data.
