Job Description

  • Preparation of BOQ
  • Assist the project manager with all matters relating to cost estimating and bid pricing
  • Preparing technical submittals for tender requests
  • Obtain the cost of materials, subcontractor costs and evaluate their quotations
  • Correspond with sub-contractors and suppliers for the collection of quotes
  • Inspection of proposed projects enable more accurate estimation
  • Complies comprehensive documentation to support tender estimates
  • Determine the lowest cost for products/materials
  • Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
  • Analyze market and delivery systems
  • Extreme knowledge in market material pricing (fitout)
