The Estimator?s role is to identify costs of specified products and to also propose alternative options.? Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan? Provides consultants with alternative options of specified products and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc.? Works with sales team in preparing quotations? Build relationships with key suppliers? Ensures the correct materials, quantities, and material costs haven been included in the quotationsGeneral? Collaborates with design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge? Ensures compliance with company policiesEnsures the confidentiality of the Company?s information and enhances the Company?s reputation Skills? Bachelor?s degree economics, business administration or a relevant degree from an accredited institution? 2 Years of previous experience in a similar role? Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel? Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information? User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics? Data entry & Document Controller
