Estimation ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Details :•Should have 10-15 years of experience in Fit-out company in UAE as a Estimation Manager role 3-5 years of experience.•Strong background in fit-out Residential buildings estimating and project management (Villa Projects)•Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools•Excellent analytical and mathematical skills•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications•Good communication and negotiation skills•Attention to detail and accuracy•Ability to work effectively in a team environment•Knowledge of Dubais building regulations and standards•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field•Professional certifications in estimating or project management are a plusPay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
