Job Description

The Estimation Manager plays a crucial role in the interior design industry, particularly in managing and overseeing the estimation processes for various projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost estimation, project management, and a deep understanding of interior design principles. The Estimation Manager will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates that align with project budgets and timelines. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of projects and ensuring client satisfaction through precise cost forecasting.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design projects.

  5. Review and validate estimates prepared by junior estimators.

  8. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
  9. Provide training and mentorship to junior estimation staff.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimation processes.
