Estimation Engineer (Fit Out)Job Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:?Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.?Coordinate with the project management team, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate cost information.?Prepare and submit detailed, itemized estimates for client approval.?Review and update estimates as project designs evolve.?Participate in tender processes, including the preparation of bid documents and proposals.?Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering options.?Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.Qualifications:?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.?Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market prices.?Proficiency in estimation software and tools.?Excellent analytical and numerical skills.? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Good communication and interpersonal skills.?Minimum of 2 years relevant UAE experience in estimation within the fit-out industry
