  • Make accurate estimates and preparation of the Tenders for the Service of Heat Exchangers in the Oil & Gas industry, service, repair, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
  • Attend tender meetings with clients and provide clarifications to commercial and technical queries till the award of the project.
  • Prepare Bill Of Materials through understanding of material involved, material requisition for procurement, and coordination with procurement department.
  • Calculation of man-hour requirement for fabrication, requirement of consumables, NDT, heat treatment, internal /external coating, and calculation of production cost.
  • Prepare sub-contract enquiries and obtain quotations for sub-contract products and activities (insulation work, special type of internal lining, stress relieving, etc.).
