Estimation EngineerJob Location : UAEJob responsibilities:?Estimation of high-end interior fit-out projects.?Preparation of bills of quantities.?Adjudication of contractors claims (measurement).?Estimating and cost control and managing full tender process.?Checking specifications and preparation of contract documents.?Checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.?Verifying sub-contractors claims and verification of Quantity Surveyors?Calculations & progress of work at site and material stock at site.?Managing QS Department and planning & programming workload.?Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seek new Companies to pre- qualify for inclusion.?Cost estimates within specified deadlines of submission?Review and comments on technical and commercial specifications.?Prepare material takeoffs to obtain market pricing?Manage & review the performance of estimating team.?Manage the retention of important bid documents/technical specifications according to the policies and procedures of the Company.
