Required:? Fit Out Estimating: 1-3 years (Required)? Experienced in Architectural Glass and Metal Works / Steels? With UAE Driving License Preferred? Previous experience in Production would be an advantage.? Ability to develop a priced proposal by preparing work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.? Ability to read and analyze drawings on latest AutoCAD version and quantify material take offs on the BOQ.? Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents and computes accurate costings to be incorporated.? Coordinate effectively with Procurement & Vendors for non-standard items for accurate pricing of the proposal.? Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office, especially advanced excel & word.? Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.? Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.? Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.? Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.? Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.? Should have the ability to meet deadlines and generate quality complex work
