Our client an International solar business has a requirement for a Proposals Manager to be based in Dubai. Working alongside the technical team you will develop project cost estimates in support of Solar projects.You will be required to travel across Europe along with the GCC, so you must be willing to travel and be able to travel freely in the EU.Duties include:? Work with internal/external stakeholders to gather all information to prepare project cost estimates? Develop and maintain project capital costs? Develop and enhance the tools available to streamline the process? Create project schedules and project tracking tools? Negotiate with vendors and sub contractorsYou will have a minimum 6 years? experience in the Energy sector with at least 3 years Solar Pv experience + 50MW, you will be degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline. Excellent knowledge of project software and excel modelling techniques. Due to the nature of travel on EU citizens can apply for the position as freedom of travel in the EU is required.?
