Job Description

Position Title: Estate Surveyor for Lagos, NigeriaType: Full-Time JobLocation: Lagos, Nigeria- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, calculating land boundaries in various locations, and generating accurate maps and reports of survey results for our clients.- The candidate will oversee and ensure timely completion of projects and conduct site inspections for our numerous clients.- This position requires hands-on experience; and proficiency in the use of engineering instruments.- When required the candidate may need to take as part of the facility management point of view including arranging, managing and undertaking property inspections of the project.Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
  • Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
  • Research and design methods for survey processes
  • Site inspection with clients. Client relationship management
  • Measuring property boundaries
  • Creating records of survey results
  • Supervising staff on-site
  • Preparing maps and reports of survey results.
  • Report on survey results and present findings to clients
  • Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
