We seek a highly experienced Esports Coach and Manager to lead and manage Ascend Esports Academy?s training programs. This role involves coaching aspiring players, managing the academy?s day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of training sessions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver structured coaching plans for esports players at different skill levels.
  • Supervise and manage the academy?s training schedules and operational workflows.
  • Provide individual performance assessments and improvement plans for players.
