Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our ESG Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ESG issues (including climate-related aspects) and demonstrate experience in ESG ratings and assessments. This role involves supporting senior consultants in delivering ESG advisory services to our clients, helping them improve their ESG performance, and aligning their strategies with sustainability goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry-specific ESG trends and regulatory changes .
  • Support the preparation of ESG assessments and ratings, identifying key performance indicators and benchmarking client practices against industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate ESG factors into their decision-making processes and business operations.
  • Participate in performance of ESG gap-analysis, creating reports and presentations that communicate ESG findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Engage with clients to gather data and insights on ESG practices and performance.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing support and insights on ESG-related matters.
  • Support the coordination of communication between clients and ESG rating/assessment providers.
  • Aid in preparation of clients? sustainable finance frameworks, coordinate communication with verifiers and second party opinion providers.
  • Keep up-to-date with financial market trends and changes in the area of sustainable finance.
  • Help maintain client relationships by providing timely responses and follow-ups on inquiries and concerns.
