Job Description

Position OverviewResponsibilities consist of legal research and regulatory analysis of environmental, health and safety (EH&S), chemical control, cosmetics, food, occupational safety, and pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and standards of EMEA region. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Research and analyze the relevant laws, regulations, and standards of MEA region with focus on Middle East & Africa Chemicals management and Food regulatory database coverage.
  • Write regulatory news and summaries for regulatory changes and development (including up and coming legislation) in the MEA region.
  • Compile information from the laws, regulations and standards and organize & analyze them for the purposes of 3E?s product lines and services.
  • Conduct regulatory˙framework research in support of new company initiatives (e.g. ESG, Sustainability, PFAS, EPR, etc.) for new content development.
  • Provide customers with regulatory analysis and compliance requirements of MEA rules and regulations.
