Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our tech-first gifting company. The EIR will work closely with the founding team to drive business growth, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and build strong partnerships.Primary Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Understand macro trends, conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Strategic Leadership: Along with founders, develop and execute the companys overall strategy, including product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and business development plans.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Team Building: Help recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Operational Excellence: Along with founders, oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business plans.
  • Fieldwork: Regularly engage with customers, vendors, and partners to gather insights and feedback.
