You will be involved in developing the business and improving the effectiveness and efficacy of internal processes. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and training people.These are the key aspects the Entrepreneur in Residence would be involved in:

  1. Sales Activation. You will take the leadership role in sales strategy, which entails prospecting, market analysis, segmentation, and ensuring that the sales team hits and exceeds targets.
  2. Sales Enablement. You will make sure that sales teams are trained and supported with all required material to excite, position, propose, and close effectively while ensuring that they can always exceed customer expectations.
  3. Project Management. You will be responsible for hands-on monitoring in the execution of and tracking progress and milestones of individual Talentera projects while ensuring their success (scope management, overall cost, budget, risk, etc.)
  4. Customer Relationship Management. One big chunk of your responsibilities is overseeing the full customer lifecycle ? from pre-sales (sales support and sales enablement to post-sales (implementation, onboarding, and training) and transforming customer relationships from being our clients to becoming our product ambassadors.
  5. Product Vision and Growth. Working with our product and marketing teams, you will take a data-driven approach to define and drive the product strategy. You would ideally look at market analysis, ongoing trends, and testimonial case studies. You understand our product vision, and you will be the key person to create the process, communicate that vision to the team, and motivate the team to execute.
