Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world?s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.Main responsibilities:

  • Proper handling of engineering repair and maintenance supplies, spare parts, machines & equipment.
  • Proper planning and implementation of Engineering Maintenance Schedule in-terms of HVAC
  • Ensure that all pumps, valves, fittings, machines and equipment are working properly and well maintained.
  • Install and repairs various air quality systems.
  • Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
  • Understanding refrigeration cycles
  • Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
  • Coordinate with Duty Engineer and Shift Engineer regarding the works schedule and get proper instructions concerning the assigned job.
  • Ensure that all Engineering Operational Procedures are well and properly followed under the supervision of Duty Engineer and Shift Engineerr.
  • Submit necessary reports required by Duty Engineer and Shift Engineer
  • Coordinates with concern departments or sections in courteous and efficient manner before work implementation to be done.
  • Be a part of Energy Conservation Program of the Hotel
  • Two years? operating experience in a hotel Engineering department.
  • A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate True Hospitality service standards
  • A true ?team-player? mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks
