The Engineering Manager will be part of the Senior Management Team and will report to the Plant General Manager.? The Engineering Manager will have a team of 6 Engineers reporting to them.?The Responsibilities:?? Responsible for the integrity of the gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG?s, boilers, generators, transformers and general plant on-site.? Develop and implement a Quality Assurance program.?? Management of the LTSA, EPC Contracts and other related contracts.? Management and oversite of outages.? Manage and oversee fault rectification and root cause analysis work.
