? Manage, and participate (if needed) in the deployment and implementation of new services/functions.? Monitor and analyse the vendor performance throughout the implementation and report any issues (if they arise) during the implementation.? Ensure achievement of project timelines, efficient use of resources and productivity to meet the project objectives? Study & supervise the development of the current DTCS System to include any upgrades (such as operational, financial, and customer service back ends), the introductions of new features.? Project Coordination with various Service Providers and Government agencies for implementing new services/functions? Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate? Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals from RTA appointed Contractors and Partners for activities involving design, implementation, operations and maintenance? Liaison with RTA departments (for contracts, legal, financial transactions, IT), assist with all administrative, contractual and legal matters.? Coordinate with supplier for proper ITS Processes are followed during the Changes and Ensure the Execution of projects is done in accordance with the all applicable RTA policies and standards.? Prepare, as instructed, of reports and reply to the Directors, Managers of Sections on matters relevant to ITS system design, implementation, communications management and pertinent activities internal to the RTA and external to the relevant stakeholders.Education? Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering from a recognized university.Skills? Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.? 0 - 2 years of working experience? Good knowledge of Hardware, Software, Networking and Project Management.? Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.? Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.? General principles of office automation, and computer systems analysis; a variety of hardware, operating systems.? Experience in the formulation and delivery of IT/ITS projects, including the management of financial and human resources.? Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. ? Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.? Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications? Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
