Job DescriptionProvide analytical reports and recommendations for the Enterprise Command and Control Section based on real time and historical data review and analysis.Provide inputs and recommendations in required Key Performance Indicators for the Enterprise and Command Control Section, and develop using the Integrated system.Assemble large, complex data sets that meet RTA s business requirements.Report regularly on the quality of data received by the Enterprise Command and Control Systems,Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability,.Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide insights into operational efficiency of the Enterprise Command and Control Centre and other key business performance metrics.Work with RTA Sectors, Agencies and Departments, to assist with data-related issues and support their data infrastructure needs.Comply with applicable RTA security and separation policies for data management.Create data tools for RTA team members that assist them in optimizing the EC3 system data into decision making tools.Liaise with Systems Contractor as required to resolve systems and data issues and propose improvementsPerform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.
