You?ll bring our employer value proposition to life and redefine how candidates experience our brand using social media, digital marketing, and creative communications. Deriv serves over 2 million clients worldwide and our suite of products is rapidly growing. We want to continue attracting and hiring the right talent, especially in building our IT teams, to support our growth. Your priority will be to support our talent acquisition strategies and help candidates understand the value of building a career at Deriv. ?Your challenges* Tell Deriv?s story to the target talent pool via social media, paid campaigns, events, and PRs. * You?ll help to strengthen our talent attraction strategy as we continue to grow and scale (we?re looking to double our headcount by 2023). * Drive all employer branding and recruitment marketing activities across the company. * You and your team will develop and optimise persuasive content (for our blog, job boards, social media, etc.) to target international active and passive talent. * Continuously measure the effectiveness of our employer branding campaigns to ensure maximum ROI; provide feedback on the results and recommendations to stakeholders. Partner with the Content, Design, Digital Marketing, and Talent Acquisition teams to execute strategies that align with our business goals and priorities. * These teams are spread across our international offices in different time zones, so clear and timely communication is key to ensure campaigns are carried out effectively. * As we grow, our business goals will evolve.
