Employee Relations & Engagement SpecialistJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :昍eceive, investigate, and document employee incident reports across all brands.昍ecommend and administer disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and UAE labor law.昉rovide guidance to managers on handling employee misconduct, grievances, and performance issues.旳ct as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring concerns are addressed fairly, promptly, and confidentially.旾nvestigate and resolve workplace conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary matters in line with UAE labor law and company policies.昉rovide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and legally compliant practices.昐upport policy interpretation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.昅aintain accurate and confidential ER documentation, case logs, disciplinary outcomes and reports.旵onduct probationary performance reviews in collaboration with operations managers to ensure new employees meet role expectations.昈rganize and conduct end-of-contract renewal interviews, providing recommendations on renewal, non-renewal, or progression.昑rack and manage timelines for probationary periods and contract renewals to ensure compliance with internal policies and labor law.Qualifications/Requirements:旴achelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.𠖳 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, or HR operations.旹xperience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries in the UAE is preferred.昐trong knowledge of UAE labor laws, disciplinary frameworks, and HR best practices
