You will be placed in one of Hiltis key departments, most relevant to your university degree, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by colleagues and business leaders in your field. You will receive a structured and detailed onboarding plan to ensure that you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department. From there, you will receive on the job training and have the opportunity to rotate throughout different job functions within your department to find the role best suited for you. Once your job function has been identified, you will be placed in this position where you will take on full responsibility for the role.
