The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Security Camera, and ICT (Networking and Telephony) System. As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating proposals and solutions, and working on technical submittals.Responsibilities:?Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their ELV and ICT needs and challenges.?Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive pre-sales strategies aligned with client requirements.?Design and propose ELV and ICT solutions that address client specifications, incorporating relevant products and technologies.?Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical submittal, and documentation to showcase proposed solutions.?Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product advancements in ELV and ICT to provide informed recommendations.?Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products and services.?Work closely with the post-sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.?Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings and presentations.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineer, IT, Computer Engineering.?Proven experience of 6-8 years in sales within the ELV, Security Camera, and ICT System Annual Maintenance industry in the UAE.?Strong understanding of industry products, services, and market dynamics.?Excellent communication and negotiation skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?AutoCAD experience in required.
