You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our clients buildings. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.?Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute electrical installations and wiring projects.?Install and connect electrical wiring, conduits, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components according to wiring diagrams and local electrical codes.?Test circuits to ensure proper connections, polarity, and grounding, and troubleshoot wiring discrepancies as needed.?Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment, including inspections, testing, and cleaning, to identify and prevent potential issues.?Diagnose electrical malfunctions and faults, such as short circuits, overloads, or voltage fluctuations, using testing instruments and diagnostic techniques.?Repair or replace defective components, such as circuit breakers, fuses, switches, outlets, and wiring, to restore electrical systems to proper working condition.?Adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for electrical work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical safety protocols.?Identify and mitigate electrical hazards, such as exposed wires, overloaded circuits, or defective equipment, to prevent accidents and injuries.?Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and equipment inspections, using maintenance logs or digital tracking systems.
