We are looking for Electrical Engineer for our company in Dubai. Candidates should have experience in handling Construction and Interior fitoutúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPreparation of engineering submissions including MSRA, shop & as built drawings, ITP?s etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPlan daily site activities & resources as per the project baselines.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaise with the engineer/client and other disciplines daily for execution, inspection & approvals.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate various subcontractor?s and inhouse activities, resolve areas of possible conflicts.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist line manager in the preparation of look ahead schedules and procurement plans.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor & ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies & specifications etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare project daily reports including project activities & resources.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿForecast project procurement as per site requirements and raise Material Requests.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor labor productivity, identify and implement areas of improvement.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProject execution in compliance to approved drawings, specification & regulations as applicable.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate the installation of various services as perúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide technical support and guidance on design & execution.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssign responsibilities and mentor project team.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with the line manager in notifying and addressing project risks.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage project resources (human & material) to ensure project completion within the project budget.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPayment follow upúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommitment to complete the project before going for vacation or resignationúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿTimely completion of the project
