  • Oversee all electrical installations and systems for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and plans, ensuring they comply with local regulations and international standards.
  • Manage procurement and selection of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems and conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
