Job Responsibilities:Responsible to monitor and guide Charge hands and Sr. Technicians to achieve targeted activities in time with quality.Supervise Charge hands and Sr. Technicians for Erection, Installation, Maintenance of Substation Electrical Equipment, Wiring, Glanding, Terminations etc.Supervise Charge hands and labors for all Civil activities such as trench excavation, back filling, trough placement, etc...Comply and implement the Safety policiesFollow all HSE instructions, setting an example to othersStop any unsafe work/act and report to the HSE departmentReport immediately to the HSE if any Safety/Environmental concern is noticed in and around your working areaJob Requirements:Diploma in Electrical and Electronic EngineeringMinimum 5 years experience in HV cablesExperience in GCC Countries on similar jobs
