This role requires hands-on experience in the Dubai construction sector, with a focus on both technical expertise and effective site coordination.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the installation of electrical systems on construction sites.
  • Ensure on-site work complies with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with site managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of on-site activities.
  • Supervise and guide the on-site electrical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in the Dubai construction industry.
  • Proficient in electrical design and site management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent technical skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
