Job Description

Overview Of The Role:To perform repairs and service on customer vehicles as per Manufacturers Standards of electric vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and repair vehicles using Fix It Right First Time process, to provide unique customer experience in order to improve customer retention in compliance with OEM (EV Brand Corporation) standards. What You Will Do:

  • Perform periodic maintenance service on the customers vehicle.
  • Address minor repair jobs on customers vehicle without compensating the quality of work.
  • Accurately complete all job cards provided & Provide cost estimates to customers that requires or request for additional service jobs.
  • Conduct final inspection as per the SOP (standard operating procedure) & Ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours.
  • Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given.
