EHS OfficerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•EHS Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.•Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.•Training and Education: Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance.•Incident Management: Lead investigations of EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses. Prepare reports and recommend measures to prevent reoccurrences.•Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with EHS regulations and ensure company compliance. Liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary.•Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Coordinate drills and ensure readiness for potential emergencies.•Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, incidents, and compliance efforts. Prepare regular reports for management.•Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving EHS performance and implement initiatives to achieve better safety standards.•Sustainability Initiatives: Support environmental sustainability projects and initiatives within the organization
