and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThis is a Contract position, based at the NEOM Green Hydrogen Elements (GHE) Project Site location, working anÿrotational assignment.ÿThe project is being executed by the AIR PRODUCTS NEOM Green Hydrogen Project (NGHP) ? Green Hydrogen Elements (GHE) Project execution team and is expected to last approximately 48 months.The incumbent is responsible for the project EH&S training program incl. training needs analysis, the development and facilitation of EH&S inductions and trainings and to oversee the training plan implementation of Contractor Organization(s) to meet the intent of the project and AIR PRODUCTS EH&S systems. It is AIR PRODUCTS? objective to achieve highest standards and performance levels during the execution of all project related activities. The incumbent will work closely with the AIR PRODUCTS and Contractors? Construction & EH&S teams and report to the Senior EH&S Manager.The incumbent is expected to have detailed knowledge of EH&S requirements and best practices related to construction and pre-commissioning safety and extensive work experience in this area.NATURE AND SCOPEÿ

• Description: Green Hydrogen Element of NEOM Green Hydrogen Project is a processing facility that will extract hydrogen from water with the use of wind and solar energy and ultimately produce green ammonia.
• Project Location: NEOM Green Hydrogen, Northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, near Duba town.

• Project Size Range: $3.25 Billion
• Project Duration: Approx. 48 months (start in 3/2022)
• Number of individuals working on site: at peak 6.000 to 7.000
• Site of GHE EH&S Team: Approx. 30

1. Support the full implementation of the project EH&S Plan, Security Plan andÿEmergency Response Plan by assisting with training
2. Actively promote the development of a ?Total Safety Culture? and provide support during the implementation of all related (leadership) activities
3. Act as a coach, both for EH&S team members and for Contractors
4. Support the implementation of the GHE EH&S Plan
5. Conduct Training Needs Analysis to Identifying training gaps
6. Develop a Training Matrix for the Project that captures all EH&S, Construction and Commissioning requirements
7. Develop and continuously improve AIR PRODUCTS EH&S training programs
8. Facilitate AIR PRODUCTS EH&S trainings and induction programs incl. practical trainings, assessments, demonstrations and exercises
9. Develop a robust competence assurance progam that ensures personnel working in various construction and commissioning roles have specific competence needs identified and delivered in a timely manner
10. Review Contractor EH&S training competencies, material and plans
11. Oversee Contractor EH&S training plan implementation and initiate improvements as and when required
12. Coordinate a program of inspections and audits of Contractors? training efforts
13. Undertake third party audits on all external training providers to assess their capability
14. Ensuring EH&S information/expertise is provided to the site team when solicited to ensure compliance to Air Products standards and local laws
15. Actively participating in and leading safety promotion events, campaigns, competitions, established programs
16. Providing leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the AIR PRODUCTS EH&S Leads or Managers as required
17. Regularly attend Contractor TBT?s and Pre-Task Safety Talks and provide input where applicable
18. Perform regular safety dialogues, EH&S inspections and formal PTW/JSA reviews
19. Give input to ensure the accurate completion of the EH&S reports
