JOB DESCRIPTIONAbout The RoleThe EEMEA Finance Compliance Manager is a highly visible position, providing financial information to senior management and directing regional and global compliance activities with interaction across EEMEA and with our corporate business in the US. The role holder will ideally be based in: Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic or UAE.Key Responsibilities:* Implement financial processes and controls across Videojet?s EEMEA operations * Execute the annual plan for all internal and external audits, with the support of other Regional or Corporate Audit Managers * Direct SOX testing and required process improvements resulting from SOX audits * Drive compliance activities including anti-corruption self-assessment with the support of the Legal Team * Support the implementation of new accounting policies and standards * Execute special projects as may be required such as investigations etcKey Requirements:* Educated to Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business level or CPA, ACA equivalent * Comprehensive experience from a combination of internal or external auditing in a multi-national company * Experience of USGAAP and EU Country GAAP experience. * Prior experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Navision, Oracle and HFM preferred). * Subject matter expert on accounting and internal finance policies, including revenue recognition and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). * Excellent collaborative and communication skills to coach finance and operational leaders on compliance topics. * English language both written and verbal is essential, with 2nd European language preferably working in a large, complex, US owned businessOur offerYou will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
