EducatorAt Woo-Hoo, our Educators are responsible for creating memorable experiences that are relevant, educational, and fun for our guests. Educators will lead the team by providing exceptional care in all galleries and programs with exemplary customer service. Responsibilities will include creating and facilitating fun hands-on education in galleries, classes, parties, field trips and eventsScheduleThis will be a Full-Time position. The working times may include morning and/or evening shifts. Working weekends and holidays will be required as necessary. This position will be required to work during all major events, school/public holidays as needed.Responsibilities? Welcomes and communicates with guests in a professional and courteous manner? Exercises common sense and good-judgement at all times and always maintains the safety of all guests and teammates? Communicates customer feedback and experiences to the appropriate teammates? Ensures a clean and appealing presentation of galleries, classrooms and public spaces at all times? Adheres to all health, safety, sanitation and operation guidelines for spaces? Facilitates galleries and programs to ensure the highest levels of safety, education and fun.? Encourages children to take age-appropriate risks, independent exploration and constructivist-based inquiries.? Creates and leads daily programs and events that are aligned with the organizations objectives and standards? Coordinates with internal teammates to communicate feedback, needs, and the creation of new programs? Builds positive relationships with parents, partners and the larger community to encourage repeat visitation and a reputable image? Proactively seeks to improve the organizations offerings and operations in response to guest feedback, team collaboration, and innovative ideas?
