  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the business analyst and UX design resources,?agile design best practice.
  • Ensure business design team is effectively resourced, that positive team culture is established, and strive to build a collaborative, high-performing team while being responsible for performance management.
  • Own the product backlog within JIRA and manage the prioritization process to ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood.
  • Responsible for breaking Epics into features and ?just in time? stories for delivery within JIRA and Confluence. Owns the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
  • Coordinate buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies.
